Qualifications

• Experience using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to sample large data sets.
• High School Diploma or GED plus two years of employment; associate/bachelor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA work efficiently at a high level.
• Flag error trends and data discrepancies.
• Contribute to training, policy, and tool testing.
• Provide feedback and mentor new team members.
• Handle specialized projects while balancing QA duties.
• Provide detailed feedback to our third party team.
• Compile visuals in slide decks and clarification documents.
• Call out tooling deficiencies and escalate quality concerns.
