Job summary

The Montana Society of CPAs is seeking a licensed CPA to serve as Managing Director for an established CPA firm in Northwest Montana. This position offers the opportunity to manage operations and build client relationships with strong backing from an experienced investment group.

Ideal candidates will have a Montana CPA license and entrepreneurial spirit, with total compensation potential reaching $140K including salary and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active Montana CPA license in good standing.
• Public accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the firm post-close.
• Build and maintain client relationships through and beyond the ownership transition.
• Oversee tax preparation, consulting, and accounting services.
