Job summary

Adsys Controls, Inc. is seeking a Control Systems Engineer to develop, analyze, and optimize complex control systems under the guidance of senior subject matter experts. You will manage multiple cross-functional projects while operating independently in a fast-paced atmosphere.

The role requires MATLAB/Simulink and Stateflow proficiency, strong data analytics, and excellent communication skills. Candidates with 1–4 years of relevant experience and a BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering or related field with 1–4 years relevant experience.
• Proficiency in development, analysis, and implementation of control systems or other complex robotic/autonomous systems.
• Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink and Stateflow.
• Strong data analytics experience.
• Background in requirements capture, analysis, flowdown, and testing/verification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Work autonomously or within a team environment.
