Granger Construction seeks a Construction Project Manager in Detroit to plan and execute scopes, ensuring safety, efficiency, and top-quality results for self-perform work. You will coordinate with the project team, field leadership, foremen, and crews to maintain momentum and quality.

You will develop short-interval plans and look-ahead schedules, manage RFIs, submittals, and procurement, monitor labor hours and budgets, and champion safety while supporting project closeout.

Qualifications

• Experience managing self-perform work (concrete, carpentry, or general trades).
• Collaborative, team-focused mindset with strong communication.
• Solid organizational habits and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
