• Prepare estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial construction projects.
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement.
• Lead jobsite coordination with Supers and field teams.
• Maintain client communication, progress reporting, and change order management.
• Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with quality expectations.
• Handle cost tracking, contract administration, and project documentation.
