Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Behavior Health Assessment Therapist for our outpatient psychiatric medicine team in Winston-Salem, NC. This full-time, days role requires a graduate degree and licensure, with a minimum of three years of behavioral health experience.

You will assess patients, plan interventions, and coordinate care in a collaborative, patient-centered setting. The Therapist will manage their own schedule, refer patients when needed, and uphold Novant Health's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field is required.
• Minimum of three years experience in behavioral health (outpatient preferred).
• Licensure: Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor, or PhD/PsyD psychologist; substance use licensure preferred.
