APRNs/PA will collaborate with physicians, diagnose and treat health problems, manage caseload, and promote wellness while maintaining required licensure and documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited APRN or PA program.
• Active Arkansas RN or PA license; APRN license or PAC; NCCPA certification.
• Current BLS and ACLS credentials. DEA registration eligible.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
• Document findings and communicate with care team.
• Coordinate plan of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Provide education to patients and families.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety standards.
• Direct discharge planning and follow-up arrangements.
