Job summary

Arkansas Heart Hospital, LLC. is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for Outreach Clinics (PTD) to support cardiovascular care in the Russellville/Conway/Danville area. The APRN/PA collaborates with physicians to assess and manage patients with PAD, CHF, and HTN, while providing education and coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team.

New grads are welcome; training is provided to ensure safe, evidence-based practice and consistent patient outcomes in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Masters level program of nursing education.
• Active Arkansas RN license and APRN license or PA license with NCCPA.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; Medicare provider number and DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive patient assessments per symptoms, age, and progress.
• Documents findings and communicates to the interdisciplinary team and physicians.
• Coordinates plan of care with the team to meet patient needs and goals.
• Prescribes and administers medications per prescriptive authority; maintains patient records.
