Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. is building Kiro Crew, an always-on agent layer that tackles development tasks, maintains context, and learns from work. You will shape architecture and work with customers to translate challenges into capabilities, delivering reliable production systems with modern CI/CD practices.

You will collaborate daily with engineers, mentors, and leaders, with opportunities to own projects, define technical direction, and influence team operations from day one.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape the technical direction and architecture of Kiro Crew.
• Work directly with customers to translate real-world development challenges into product capabilities.
• Build and operate production systems using CI/CD practices to ensure reliability and performance.
