Job summary

Teradata is seeking a highly skilled AI engineering professional to design and deploy autonomous AI agents at enterprise scale. The role focuses on building agent-based architectures, runtime components, and governance for GenAI solutions within Teradata’s data and AI platform.

You will work with AI researchers, platform teams, and product leadership to bring advanced agentic capabilities from concept to production, delivering measurable business value with safe, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying autonomous AI agents at scale.
• Hands-on experience implementing governance, safety, and compliance in agentic AI environments.
• Ability to partner effectively with product leaders, architects, and platform teams to define enterprise-grade AI capabilities.
• Strong technical ability with intelligent automation, generative AI, and agentic system design.
• Experience with cloud-native deployments and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build intelligent, autonomous AI systems for enterprise-scale deployment.
• Lead development of scalable, secure, cloud-native frameworks for AI agents to reason, plan, act, and collaborate in production.
• Create foundational runtime components, automation capabilities, and infrastructure for GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, platform teams, and product leadership to bring capabilities from concept to production.
• Enable enterprise customers to leverage safe, governable AI agents that drive measurable business value.
