Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. is seeking engineers to shape the Kiro Crew autonomous agent layer. You will drive architectural decisions, build features, and ensure reliability while collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams.

From day one you will work on real-world challenges at the intersection of AI and software engineering, with opportunities to lead projects and influence technical direction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship software development experience.
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience.
• 1+ year in software development engineering or related work.
• 1+ year designing large-scale distributed software systems.
• 1+ year of OO design experience.
• BS or foreign equivalent in CS/Engineering/Math.
• Experience programming in at least one major language.

Responsibilities

• Shape the technical direction and architecture of Kiro Crew.
• Collaborate with customers to translate challenges into product capabilities.
• Develop and operate production systems with CI/CD practices.
