Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking an experienced software engineer to develop autonomous AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing multi-step tasks with minimal human intervention.

You will build intelligent AI agents, integrate LLMs, and develop agent-based workflows that interact with enterprise applications, APIs, and external data sources. A strong emphasis on production-ready, secure AI systems and collaboration with data scientists is required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of software engineering, AI, or ML experience.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with LLM-based application development.
• Practical experience building AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Strong Python programming and API integration experience.
• Experience implementing RAG pipelines and vector search solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop autonomous AI agents for enterprise business applications.
• Build multi-agent workflows for complex task execution and decision-making.
• Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and external enterprise tools.
• Develop RAG-based applications to improve contextual information retrieval.
• Implement agent memory, planning, reasoning, and orchestration mechanisms.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure agent accuracy and reliability.
