Job summary

Artifintech is seeking an experienced software/AI engineer to develop autonomous AI agents that reason, plan, and execute multi-step tasks with minimal human input. You will integrate LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and multi-agent frameworks across enterprise APIs and data sources.

The role requires 5–8 years in software/AI, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases. A strong cloud AI background is preferred for production deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software engineering with AI/ML focus.
• Hands-on with LLM-based application development (2+ years).
• Experience building AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Strong Python coding and API integration skills.
• Experience with RAG pipelines and vector search.
• Knowledge of cloud AI services and deployment environments.
• Understanding of AI safety and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents for enterprise applications.
• Build multi-agent workflows for complex tasks and decisions.
• Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and enterprise tools.
• Develop RAG-based apps to improve contextual retrieval.
• Implement agent memory, planning, reasoning, and orchestration.
• Create evaluation frameworks to measure agent accuracy and reliability.
• Optimize prompts, latency, and token usage; monitor security.
