Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a team leader/project manager in a technical product development environment.
• Completed higher education in mechanical engineering or technical agricultural direction.
• Experience with project management tools and reporting.
• Experience in working with international and remote teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Affinity with control systems, sensors, software, and/or the agricultural sector is a plus.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
