Job summary

myLaurel is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver acute care in patients' homes across Seattle Metro and Everett, WA. This field-based role offers autonomy, high-acuity home visits, and the chance to prevent hospitalizations while improving patient outcomes.

Choose your schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN with competitive pay, sign-on bonuses, and full benefits. The role requires WA licensure, an acute care background, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted NP or PA-C licensure in WA.
• Minimum 2 years acute care experience in acute settings (ED, hospital medicine, acute post-acute).
• Ability to function as solo on-site clinical authority.
• Certifications in AGACNP-BC, ENP-BC, or PA-C with NCCPA CAQ in Emergency or Hospital Medicine are a plus.
• Active driver's license and ability to lift up to 60 lbs; BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Evenings, weekends, and holiday coverage required to ensure patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home-based assessments and administer IV fluids and medications.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop holistic care plans with referring clinicians.
• Participate in quality initiatives to reduce hospital readmissions and improve outcomes.
