Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing’s Bridgeton, MO plant seeks a Weld Engineer to develop welding techniques and maintain processes across GMAW, RSW and DAW. You will implement improvements, support new line launches, and collaborate with maintenance to ensure weld quality and cost efficiency.

The role requires 1–3 years in welding manufacturing (automotive preferred) and robotic welding experience with ABB or Fanuc as a plus. This is a 1st shift position.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Welding Engineering or equivalent understanding of resistance and arc welding principles and standards.
