Lenco Armored Vehicles is seeking an Automotive Welder / Fabricator to transform commercial vehicle chassis into armored tactical platforms. The role involves cutting, welding, and reinforcing vehicle frames and suspensions to meet strict armored specifications.

Qualifications

• Background in automotive and fabrication fields.
• Proficiency with mechanic tools and MIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints.
• Experience working in a heavy-duty automotive or truck shop environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Add and remove components to prepare the chassis for the body installation.
• Weld components and parts to ensure modifications meet specifications.
• Install structural reinforcements and mounting brackets for armored plating.
• Ensure all upgrades align with engineering prints and safety standards.
• Remove OEM suspension components and install upgraded suspension.
