Job summary

BCG Attorney Search represents a prominent law firm seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join its Orange County practice focusing on automotive product liability and warranty litigation.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, is admitted to the California bar, possesses excellent writing and analytical skills, and can manage discovery and assist in trial independently.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in litigation, aviation, products liability, or automotive warranty preferred.
• Admitted to the CA bar.
• California Lemon Law and related acts experience.
• State and Federal court experience.
• Excellent academic credentials and work history.

Responsibilities

• Take depositions, argue motions, and attend court hearings and mediations.
• Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Conduct complex legal research and analysis, and draft memoranda.
• Prepare status reports and recommendations for clients.
• Review document collections in preparation for litigation.
• Manage all aspects of litigation from initial pleading through trial.
