Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join a San Francisco automotive product liability and warranty litigation practice. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, excels at writing, and can independently manage discovery and assist in trial.

Responsibilities include taking depositions, drafting motions and briefs, conducting complex research, and overseeing all phases of litigation from filing through trial.

Qualifications

• JD required and CA bar admission.
• Experience with discovery and law and motion.
• Familiarity with California Lemon Law (Song-Beverly & Magnuson-Moss acts).
• State and federal court experience.
• Excellent academic credentials and work history.
