Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of engineering automotive experience.
• Technical Understanding of environmental level testing, temperature, vibration, humidity, enclosure, and associated electrical type tests.
• Technical Understanding of Electrical and EMC level testing.
• Computer proficiency (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, outlook). Demonstrated ability to create Validation Test Plans.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements at a deep level.
• Create Detailed Test Plans and Product Verification Plans & Reports (PVP&Rs).
• Coordinate with design teams and review test results.
• Lead validation testing discussions with engineering teams and external labs.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Support quoting with estimation of engineering hours and testing costs.
