Job summary

DARCARS of Frederick is hiring an Automotive Valet to manage lane flow, assist with vehicle movement, and greet customers. You will direct customers to parking or retrieval areas, assist with service write-up, and help keep the service area clean and organized.

This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 30 lbs, good communication with customers and staff, and a high school diploma. We offer benefits, employee discounts, and opportunities for advancement; this is an at-will role

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication with customers and employees.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to read, understand instructions and policy documents; converse with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers with a smile and directs them to parking or vehicle retrieval locations.
• Assists with service write-up and tagging of vehicles.
• Manages lane flow and vehicle movement within the dealership.
• Assists Advisors and Technicians by moving client vehicles to/from the shop and other tasks as needed.
• Provides shuttle service to customers when requested.
• Reports safety or policy concerns to management.
• Maintains cleanliness of the service area and surrounding walkways.
