Job summary

Lexus of Nashville is hiring a Full-Time Service Valet to warmly greet guests, move vehicles safely, and help keep our luxury service drive area organized. You’ll receive full training, support, and opportunities to grow with a world-class brand.

Starting pay is $17 per hour, rising to $18 after 90 days, with weekly pay and a full-time schedule. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, paid vacation, Lexus training, vehicle reimbursement, IRA match, and a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary - we'll provide full training.
• Must be able to safely drive and park vehicles, even in tight spaces
• A professional, dependable, and courteous demeanor
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility
• High energy and a "go-the-extra-mile" attitude
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate service advisor/area
• Move customer vehicles to and from service areas safely and efficiently
• Install protective materials (seat covers, mats, steering wheel covers) before service
• Inspect vehicles for any pre-existing damage and ensure they're returned spotless
• Lightly vacuum interiors and run vehicles through the automatic car wash
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lot and service drive area
• Shuttle customers to and from home or work as requested
• Assist the service team with general duties and uphold dealership standards
• Follow all safety and security protocols at all times
