What You'll Do:

As an Automotive Reconditioning Technician, you'll help ensure every pre-owned vehicle meets our high standards for safety, reliability, and appearance before it reaches the sales lot. You'll work in a modern shop with a collaborative team focused on quality—not rushing repairs.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform comprehensive used vehicle inspections
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns on a variety of makes and models
• Complete reconditioning repairs to dealership quality standards
• Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)
• Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs and proper operation
• Maintain shop equipment and tools, including lifts, tire machines, A/C equipment, and battery chargers
• Follow dealership repair procedures while maintaining efficiency and quality
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

What We’re Looking For:

• At least two years of automotive technician or mainline repair experience
• Experience diagnosing and repairing multiple makes and models
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned work efficiently
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality
• Strong sense of urgency and accountabilityDependable and professional work history
• Willingness to learn new systems, technology, and repair techniques
• Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform the physical duties of the position
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening
