Job Summary

The Working Upfit Manager will manage and actively participate in the upfitting process of vehicles. This includes managing a team of technicians, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of vehicle modifications, hands‑on experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and actively participate in the complete upfitting process of vehicles, including customization and modifications.
• Manage and work alongside a team of technicians, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high-quality work.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and parts departments to ensure timely and accurate upfits.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the best materials and services.
• Ensure all upfitting work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Inspect completed work to guarantee it meets customer specifications and quality standards.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve the upfitting process.

• Proven experience in vehicle upfitting, automotive customization, or a related field.
