Qualifications

• Eight (8) or more years of experience in business restructuring, valuations, and related consulting services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise on restructuring processes including strategy development, liquidity management, negotiations, and execution.
• Develop and execute restructuring and turnaround plans to maximize value for stakeholders.
• Build financial models including P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, and 13-week cash flow forecasts.
• Maintain executive presence and act as primary contact on engagements; inform Partners of progress.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and client personnel; manage teams and delegate tasks.
• Travel to client sites locally, regionally, and nationally.
