Job summary

Responsibilities

• Solve design issues using BEP processes and A3s in weekly reviews.
• Interact with SMTEs and participate in product development.
• Coordinate sample prep, timing and reports for seat testing phases.
• Apply DFAM principles and cost-focused CAD changes in design work.
• Develop knowledge of seat durability and cost drivers.
