Job summary

H+H Chevy in Papillion, NE is seeking an Automotive Service Technician focused on transmissions. If you have experience diagnosing transmission problems and performing rebuilds, this role offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment at a brand-new facility with modern equipment.

You will work with a set of tools, bring your own automotive tools, and enjoy competitive pay from $55k to $150k, along with training and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ GM dealership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automatic and manual transmissions.
• Proficient with diagnostic equipment and repair tools.
• You must supply your own automotive tools (toolbox provided).

Responsibilities

• Repair transmissions by diagnosing, testing, and inspecting.
• Remove, disassemble, and rebuild transmissions as needed.
• Reinstall transmissions and ensure proper operation.
• Perform fluid changes, flushes, and software updates.
• Use hand and power tools daily.
• Support customer satisfaction with quality service.
