What You’ll Do:- Inspect, diagnose, and identify work needed on various vehicles
- Perform adjustments, calibrations, fluid replenishment, disassembly/reassembly, and parts repair or replacement
- Use independent judgment to make decisions
- Document all work and hours per manufacturer and Kendall policies
- Road test vehicles to ensure quality and resolve issues
Work is performed indoors in a shop environment. Tool usage includes mechanic's hand and power tools that produce vibration and force. Standing and walking are required throughout the shift. Frequently push, pull, crouch, squat, reach, and kneel to access vehicle parts. Occasionally lift, push, or pull weights from 20 to 100 pounds.

When asked, “Can you fix this?” you confidently say “Yes” before knowing what’s wrong. Despite your confidence, you’re easygoing, team-oriented, and enjoy collaboration. Your qualifications include:
- Mechanical or tech experience at a dealership or large independent shop
- Current hand and power tools for the position
- ASE certifications are a plus but not required
- Ability to operate a variety of vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
