Job summary

The position supports snow removal and deicing operations, requires forklift use, and may involve driving non-CDL trucks and golf cars as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid State or District of Columbia driver's license at application.
• Forklift operation requires a valid driver's license and a PIT operator certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring stock on hand of tools, parts and supplies.
• Prepare requests to order items and items not in stock.
• Examine incoming items for compliance with requests and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, orderly shop and inventory; use an automated stock-keeping system.
• Operate forklift to unload/load trucks and transport materials as needed.
