Clay Cooley Auto Group is seeking an experienced Title Clerk to manage vehicle titles, registrations, and DMV paperwork in a fast-paced dealership environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, accountability, and growth within a well‑established automotive group.

Ideal candidates have dealership experience with automotive titles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Experience handling vehicle titles and registrations in a dealership setting.
• Strong attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.
• Tekion experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit new and used vehicle titles and registrations with the DMV.
• Pay and post WebDealer ACH transactions for title and license TTL fees.
• Review title and funding schedules on a weekly basis.
• Submit white slips for payment of drafts.
• Ensure compliance with all state title regulations, fees, and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate, organized records while managing multiple priorities.
