Job summary

The role supports the accounting function and delivers a seamless customer experience by handling title and registration efficiently.

An associate degree or equivalent and automotive title experience are preferred, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life, 401(k) and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Process all vehicle registrations in accordance with state requirements.
• Prepare and review deal documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Submit required title documentation to MVC and verify funds before processing titles.
• Maintain and track title documentation and filing systems.
• Cross-train staff on title processing procedures and regulations.
