Responsibilities

• Titles & Documentation: Order and process titles for sold vehicles; track trade-in titles after payoff; complete monthly title audits; assist with wholesale title processing; manage licensing spreadsheets.
• Licensing & Compliance: Coordinate DMV paperwork and plates; ensure state inspection and emissions are met; track temporary tags and audits; monitor license plate timelines.
• Flooring & Inventory Support: Track sold and wholesale vehicles; assist with flooring processes; collaborate with leadership and Corporate Title Clerks to stay accurate and on schedule.
