Diehl Auto is seeking an experienced Automotive Title Clerk to manage vehicle registrations, tax and title documents, and DMV submissions with a focus on accuracy and compliance. The role involves handling title transfers, payoff processing, and maintaining titles records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Automotive title experience in PA is recommended.
• Must be detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state where titled.
• Prepare tax and title documents.
• Submit legal transfer work to the DMV.
• Verify funds and payoff of lienholders before processing titles.
• Check accuracy of applications and ensure completeness.
• Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trades.
• Bill dealer trades and prepare Certificates of Origin.
• Maintain system to verify out-of-state titles.
• Keep list of outstanding title work and report status monthly.
