AutoSavvy in Woods Cross, Utah is seeking a Title Clerk to ensure vehicle transactions are completed accurately and compliantly. You will handle titles, documentation, and licensing processes in a busy dealership environment.

We value organization, attention to detail, and clear communication as you coordinate DMV-related tasks and maintain compliant vehicle records. In-office role with opportunities for growth within AutoSavvy’s expanding network.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive title/clerical experience preferred.
• Experience with DMV/IDS processes is a plus.
• Background checks and MVRs will be conducted on final candidates.

Responsibilities

• Titles & Documentation: Order and process titles for sold vehicles.
• Track trade-in titles after payoff.
• Complete monthly title audits.
• Assist with wholesale title processing.
• Maintain organized and compliant vehicle jackets.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of DMV/IDS paperwork and plates.
• Ensure vehicles meet state inspection and emissions requirements.
• Track temporary tags and complete audits.
• Monitor license plate mailing timelines.
• Maintain and verify licensing spreadsheets.
• Assist with flooring processes and audits.
• Collaborate with store leadership and Corporate Title Clerks to keep everything accurate, compliant, and on schedule.
• Additional duties as assigned.
