Responsibilities

• Process and maintain New York title and registration paperwork with the NY DMV.
• Prepare, review, and submit DMV-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Complete daily bank deposits and ensure deposit documentation is accurate.
• Scan and electronically file completed vehicle deals and related documentation.
• Review deal jackets and paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
• Communicate with internal departments regarding title, registration, and deal paperwork.
• Follow dealership procedures and applicable DMV and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other administrative duties related to vehicle title and deal processing as needed.
