Germain Lexus of Naples is seeking an Automotive Title Clerk to manage title and registration processing for new and used vehicles in Naples, FL. This full-time role requires accuracy, knowledge of title regulations, and strong communication with customers and staff.

You will handle in-state/out-of-state titles, dealer trades and schedules, support office tasks, and help ensure compliance with company policies.

As an Automotive Title Clerk, you are responsible for handling all aspects of vehicle titles and registrations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that titles are processed accurately and efficiently, following all state regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Processing all in and out of state title and registrations related to vehicle sales
• Dealer trade/wholesale / transports
• Aiding in office duties-assisting staff
• Reconcile accounts and schedules
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Title Clerk in an automotive environment
• Knowledge of state title regulations and requirements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
