Accurately process incoming titles daily from customers and dealers. Process ERT online. Respond to all customer inquiries in a professional manner and more.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process incoming titles daily from customers and dealers
• Process ERT online
• Respond to all customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Accurately record incoming titles daily from customers and dealers according to established procedures
• Troubleshoot and problem resolution specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
• Perform other duties as necessary
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
