DeYarman Automotive Group is seeking a Title Clerk to join our team. Ideal candidates will have dealership title experience and be able to process ERT online with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience as Title Clerk in a dealership setting.
• Ability to process ERT online and multi-state titles.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Accurately process incoming titles daily from customers and dealers
• Process ERT online
• Respond to all customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Accurately record incoming titles daily from customers and dealers according to established procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney
• Perform other duties as necessary
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
