Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience with CMM programming or related duties.
• Experience with MCOSMOS and data acquisition software is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with MIOSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate test equipment and perform electrical, mechanical, functional, and durability tests.
• Plan testing schedules, review plans, and ensure timely completion.
• Develop and improve measurement methods; perform gauge R&R studies.
• Maintain and calibration of test area equipment and preventive maintenance.
• Support prototype manufacturing and coordinate with QA and production engineers.
• Analyze test data using SPC; present results and suggest design changes.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to develop operating instructions.
• Lead technicians and engineers, review work and test results for accuracy.
• Evaluate suppliers and coordinate calibration services.
