Job summary

LER TechForce, LLC. seeks a Test Engineer to work onsite in Columbus, OH, developing and executing test plans for automotive components and subsystems. You will set up tests, analyze results, and communicate findings to drive design improvements, with a focus on ECU development, CAN/CANoe, and ADAS validation.

The role requires 5+ years in test engineering, a BS in ME/EE or equivalent, and strong problem-solving skills. US citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in ME/EE (or 6 years substituted for degree)
• 5+ years of test engineering experience
• Experience with automotive ECU testing and validation

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans/procedures for automotive components to meet specifications.
• Set up test equipment and conduct moderately complex tests; document results.
• Analyze results to predict performance and identify countermeasures; report findings clearly.
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams on testing activities and integration.
