We're looking for full-time Automotive Technicians with PA Inspection license to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Glenolden, PA area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

About the Position of Automotive Technicians

As Mavis's leaders in undercar repairs, our Technicians are trusted to inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services on customers' vehicles. Responsibilities include undercar repairs such as brakes, struts, and shocks, completing state-mandated inspections, changing oil and filters, checking fluids, replacing worn parts, and dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.

Qualifications

We seek team members committed to customer satisfaction and high-quality service. To qualify as an Automotive Technician, candidates must:

1. Be at least 18 years old
2. Be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
3. Have 2+ years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training/education
4. Possess personal tools for under-car repairs

The following additional qualification is required: PA State Inspection License.

Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, pulling, reaching, and repetitive movements. Mechanics must regularly lift items over 50 pounds.
