Job summary

Tom Wood Lexus in Indianapolis is seeking a skilled automotive technician to work with Lexus/ Toyota vehicles. The role emphasizes high-quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction while supporting a team-oriented shop environment.

Applicants should have automotive technician experience, Lexus or Toyota familiarity, ASE certifications if available, and strong diagnostic abilities. Excellent problem-solving and collaboration are expected to fit our committed service team.

• Prior automotive technician experience required.
• Lexus or Toyota experience preferred.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to operate computerized diagnostic equipment and service software.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in a shop environment with exposure to vehicle noise, chemicals, and varying temperatures.
