Tom Wood Toyota in Indianapolis, IN is seeking automotive technicians to diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles and manage maintenance efficiently.

You will work with advisors to identify needed work and aim to Fix It Right the First Time, with a flat-rate wage model and consistent hours.

Qualifications

• Automotive technician experience (any level welcome).
• Strong work ethic—someone who wants to turn hours and make money.
• Toyota or ASE certifications are a plus, not required.
• Team player who takes pride in their work.

Flat Rate: $22 - $40/hr + Consistent Hours

Pay & Schedule

• Flat Rate: $22 - $40/hr (based on experience)
• Consistent workflow = consistent paycheck
• Monday-Friday 8-5
• Rotating Saturdays (8-4)
