Job summary

Milford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking Automotive Technicians of all experience levels to join a busy service department. Earn $18–$40 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekends off, plus benefits and growth opportunities through factory training.

We welcome A-Tech, B-Tech, and C-Tech candidates with automotive repair experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and personal tools. PA inspections license is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Automotive repair experience required. All skill levels will be considered.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive technical training or hands-on repair experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Personal tools required.
• Pennsylvania State Inspection License is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs.
• Complete comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine appropriate repairs.
• Perform road tests to verify vehicle operation and evaluate repair results.
• Complete manufacturer-recommended maintenance and repair procedures.
• Maintain quality workmanship and follow dealership repair standards.
