Job summary

Rosado Group Milford is seeking Automotive Technicians of all levels to join a busy, friendly service team in Milford, PA. Earn $18–$40 per hour based on experience, with Monday–Friday shifts and weekends off, plus paid vacation, health benefits, a 401(k), and manufacturer factory training paid by the dealership.

We welcome A-, B-, and C-Techs and offer a steady flow of work, company-provided uniforms, and a supportive environment focused on hands-on growth and safety.

Qualifications

• Automotive repair experience required. All skill levels considered.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive training or hands-on repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record required.
• Personal tools required for the job.
• PA State Inspection License is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs.
• Complete comprehensive multi‑point vehicle inspections.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine appropriate repairs.
• Perform road tests to verify vehicle operation and evaluate repair results.
• Complete manufacturer‑recommended maintenance and repair procedures.
• Maintain quality workmanship and follow dealership repair standards.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday: 7:45 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturdays and Sundays: CLOSED!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Occasional travel for manufacturer training may be required. All approved training expenses are paid by the dealership.
• Position involves working around automotive equipment, mechanical components, noise, fumes, and other typical automotive shop conditions.
