Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive maintenance and repair experience.
• Strong diagnostics across mechanical, electrical, and drivability.
• Ability to repair brakes, steering, suspension, engines, and A/C.
• Proficiency with scan tools and service information systems.
• ASE certifications preferred; NC State Inspector license preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and drivability concerns accurately and efficiently.
• Perform repairs on brakes, steering and suspension, engines, air conditioning, cooling systems, and tires.
• Complete scheduled maintenance, fluid exchanges, and vehicle inspections.
• Use scan tools and service information to identify root causes and verify repairs.
• Document findings and communicate with service advisors about repair needs and timelines.
• Deliver quality repairs while meeting shop productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
