Job summary

Dillsboro Automotive LLC in Sylva, North Carolina is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join its team. The role offers a guaranteed hourly wage of $20-$26 with production bonus and a 4-day workweek schedule Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., and weekly pay.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of repair experience, be proficient with diagnostics, and familiar with domestic and Asian vehicles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Ability to diagnose drivability and electrical concerns.
• Experience with digital vehicle inspections preferred.
• Must work Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
• Experience with domestic and Asian vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair general automotive mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Perform general repair, maintenance, and part removal/replacement.
• Complete digital vehicle inspections and document condition and repairs.
• Maintain an efficient workflow with the team.
