Job summary

Holman is seeking an automotive technician to perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on new and used vehicles in a busy BMW Pembroke Pines service environment. You will recondition vehicles, diagnose electrical systems, and document work while ensuring safety and quality for inventory prior to sale.

Qualifications include 2+ years dealer-level experience, valid license with clean record, and a high school diploma.

• BMW/MINI experience highly desired and used car experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of dealer-level or large facility experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo and satisfy our background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive inspections and diagnostics on new & pre-owned vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and safety-related concerns prior to retail sale.
• Complete reconditioning, maintenance, and repair services on used vehicles, including brakes, suspension, steering, engine, drivetrain, and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems using manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings, repair recommendations, and completed work in accordance with dealership standards.
• Ensure all new & pre-owned inventory meets dealership safety, quality, and certification requirements before customer delivery.
• Maintain productivity and turnaround time goals by efficiently prioritizing and completing repairs while adhering to flat-rate and shop performance standards.
• Collaborate with service advisors, used car managers, and parts personnel to accurately estimate repairs, order required parts, and expedite vehicle readiness for sale.

What will you do?

Pay

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $20.00 - $25.40 USD per hour.
