Holman Enterprises is seeking an Automotive Technician to service and repair vehicles in a busy dealership environment in Princeton, NJ. The role emphasizes BMW/MINI expertise and dealer-level experience, with a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and quality repairs.

You will work under the Service Manager, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and stay current with evolving automotive diagnostics. The compensation includes an up-to $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance where applicable.

Qualifications

• BMW/MINI experience is highly desired.
• Minimum of 3+ years of dealer-level or large facility experience.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to undergo and satisfy our background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles as assigned by the Service Manager.
• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy per dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology and reference materials.
• Keep the shop area neat and account for dealership tools at all times.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repairs.
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry and diagnostics area.

What will you do?

• Our BMW Technician is responsible for servicing and repairing vehicles as assigned by the Service Manager.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $29.23 - $41.66 USD per hour.
