Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive diagnosis and problem-solving experience.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.
• X-Time/CDK experience is a plus.
• DMV Check required.
• Willingness to participate in in-house training.
• Ability to operate all auto repair tools.
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment is a must.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Maintain knowledge of current industry repair best practices.
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools.
• Learn new techniques to stay proficient in diagnosis and repair.
• Maintain legible paperwork for customers and records.
• Communicate with Service Advisors about needed services.
• Diagnose and repair systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C.
• Complete work on repair orders per dealership policies.
